Mandy J.Richards- FORMER REGISTRAR FOR LANIER TECHNICAL COLLEGE was given the option to resign on good terms in lieu of termination for inappropriate work place behavior and relationships with co-workers.

This prevented any action being taken against her which included threats against a subordinates job, False legal accusations and slander. All of which was proven to be false and outright lies.

Mandy J Richards did not quit bc she wanted to. She chose to resign to keep Lanier Technical College on her resume.

This was written so that what she has done won’t disappear. It’s not right that we have to watch one of our coworkers struggle with no one being able help them bc of office politics.
